Our scrum team
We have a community of scrum masters encompassing over 40 years of collective project experience. Our team lives and breathes agile and follows the Scrum Guide tirelessly to ensure that all scrum ceremonies are implemented successfully. We adopt the scrum values of commitment, focus, openness, respect, and courage.
The ideal candidate
We are looking for a highly motivated team player with a strong background in project management and agile methodologies to oversee our big data and analytics projects. The ideal candidate needs to be passionate about driving project success, fostering collaboration, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions to our clients.
Requirements
A minimum of 2 years project and/or scrum experience
A passion for project processes and people
Leadership experience in a work environment
Coaching and mentoring experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A track record of striving for continuous improvement
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Additional positives
Experience in scrum software such as Trello, Shortcut and/or Jira
Previous change management experience will be an advantage
Certifications in Scrum or Agile methodologies
Experience with scaled agile methodologies such as SAFe
Role responsibilities include (but not limited to)
Lead scrum teams effectively through adherence of the scrum values and principles
Facilitate all scrum ceremonies such as planning, standups, sprint reviews and retrospectives
Drive effective teamwork, communication, collaboration and commitment across multiple teams.
Identify and mitigate risks, proactively addressing issues to minimise impact on project delivery
Work closely with product owners, stakeholders and development teams
Coach and mentor team members on Agile principles and best practicesPromote a culture of continuous improvement
